Nasrullah Malik joined journalism about two decades ago after getting post graduate degree from the University of the Punjab in Mass Communication.

He has served in various capacities including Chief Reporter, News Editor etc, in reputed print media organizations like the Daily Jang , the Daily Nawa-e-Waqat, the Daily Khabrain, daily Ausaf, daily Insaf and others from early nineties towards end of the millennium. I have been the Bureau Chief Punjab of South Asian News Agency and South Asian Despatch Agency.  

During professional life in print media, breaking of several major stories are under his belt along with a number of important interviews, special features and columns. 

He started working in the electronic media in late nineties with different Int. news channels as a stinger.

He served as news reporter in Punjab for MBC and Al-Arabia TV, before dawn of independent news channels in the country.
He joined ARY Group in 2003 as a member of pioneering team of ARY One World which later on turned to ARY News.

He led Punjab Bureau at ARY and also served as member of core decision making team of network of channels for about eight years. He anchored a very popular social affairs talk show of ARY named "SUB ACHA HAI" and a current affairs talk show " SIYASI BISAAT".

His next venture was with Din News and Value News as the Executive Director. Besides the other responsibilities, He had two current  affairs talk shows, live with Nasrullah Malik and News Talk with Nasrullah Malik in DIN and VALUE NEWS.
He has also worked  with Hashoo Group TV Project PEARL NEWS as Executive Director.

At the moment, Mr. Nasruallah Malik is the proud Executive Director of NEO NEWS. He also hosts the prime time show Live with Nasrullah Malik from Friday to Sunday at 10.05 pm on Neo News.
